Acceptance
By accessing iMorse LMS you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and deliver it.
Fees and termination
Paid plans are billed per your order. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable agreement; you may export your data before termination.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
